All orders ship from New Jersey, United States.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST will begin processing the next business day. Processing times may be extended during holidays or high-volume periods.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

Estimated delivery time: 5–7 business days after processing. Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, or holidays.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide. Estimated delivery time for international orders is 7–21 business days after processing, depending on the destination country. International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by their country.

Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Carrier Delays

Vinci Tears is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or any circumstances beyond our control. If your package is lost or stolen after being marked as delivered, please refer to our Refund Policy.
