We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders that appear to be placed by resellers or for fraudulent purposes. If your order is cancelled after payment, you will receive a full refund.

5. Shipping

Orders are processed and shipped from New Jersey. Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Vinci Tears is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.

6. All Sales Final — No Refunds or Exchanges

All sales are final. Vinci Tears does not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds for any reason, including but not limited to change of mind, incorrect size selection, or delayed delivery. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at support@vincitears.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue, and we will review your case on an individual basis.

All content on this site, including but not limited to logos, images, text, and product designs, is the property of Vinci Tears and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without express written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Vinci Tears shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.
